1. Promotion Overview
This Black Friday promotion (“Promotion”) is run by Nexacu, part of Lumify Group Pty Ltd (“the Promoter”). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00am AEDT on 7 November 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 30 November 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Purchases made outside this period are not eligible.
3. Eligibility
Open to individuals aged 18 years and over.
Employees of Lumify Group and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Applies to Nexacu public training courses booked and paid for during the Promotion Period, subject to availability.
4. Offer Details
Participants who book and pay for any eligible Nexacu course during the Promotion Period will automatically go into the draw to win a free course of equal or lesser value.
Discounts of up to 20% off standard course prices apply to eligible bookings made during the Promotion Period.
The free course prize must be redeemed within 6 months of the draw date and is subject to course availability.
5. Exclusions
Group bookings, corporate training packages, and private/on-site courses are excluded.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, vouchers, or discounts.
Cancellations or refunds may void eligibility for the prize draw.
6. Prize Draw
The winner will be selected at random on 5 December 2025 and notified via email within 5 business days.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 10 business days, a new winner may be drawn.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
7. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice.
All decisions made by the Promoter are final and binding.
By entering, participants consent to their name being announced publicly if they win.
